Content Manager

My client, a leading digital and experience agency, is on the hunt for a Digital Delivery Assistant / Content Manager to help manage their end-client’s maintenance and uploads on their CMS.

This will be a delivery focused role, and a successful candidate will ideally have experience using the Sitecore CMS, and is highly diligent and organised.

You will need to work through a variety of content load tasks for each site. You’ll be able to work independently, managing multiple tasks in parallel, and have a great eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake hands on delivery of content using enterprise content management system (Sitecore)
• Manage own workload and track progress using a shared delivery sheet
• Communicate issues or defects which are blocking content delivery tasks
• Regularly communicate status and appropriate escalations to the Delivery Manager
• Closely work with and support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle

Background and skills

• Experience with organising creative and text content from different sources
• Technical content deployment to varied CMS systems, ideally SiteCore
• Offline delivery of content to clients and third parties
• Close working with client teams and third-party stakeholders
• Close working with cross disciplinary agency teams
• An eye for quality and responsibility for content QA
• Project planning and estimation with project managers and other team members
• Strong communication

This is a contract role paying up to 150-200 GBP a day. Must be available to start at short notice.
