Content Producer

My client, a leading consumer brand, is on the hunt for a Content Producer who will work with Head of Content to deliver exceptional campaigns and customer experience across their major brands.

This is a 6-month contract, starting ASAP, Inside IR35 and a hybrid opportunity in London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Have responsibility for day-to-day content production, prioritising the development and publication of digital content for omnichannel toolboxes

* Participate in the briefing process for brand programs / own sub-programs, with guidance from Head of Web Content

* Ensure interlocks with cross-functional teams, including CX, UI, Design, E-commerce and channel owners to ensure a connected consumer experience

* Act as key contributor and Consumer and Brand Experience Strategy representative in cross functional brand led program teams.

* Partner with cross-functional teams, markets, and appropriate regional and commercial forums.

* Be a recognised Ambassador of our Brand, championing its DNA and core values in various forums and cross-functional teams

My client is looking for:

* Strong experience in content preparation and production.

* Brand Marketing experience.

* Exposure to CX and UX principles (preferred).

* Some RRP market experience.

* Ability to build strong narratives to inspire, engage and convert consumers.

* Work with agency partners for the effective delivery of projects on time and to budget.

* Consumer-focused individual.

* A basic understanding of SEO principles (preferred).

* An individual that can build collaborative relationships, demonstrates empathy and resilience.

* The ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment and can work with ambiguity.

* The ability to understand, interact and effectively communicate with creatives and consumer experience.
