I am currently working with a trendy fashion client, based in West London, who are looking for a Content Producer for a 3 Month FTC initially.
This is likely to become permanent thereafter.
Role & responsibilities:
- Work with the Site Marketing, Editorial, Design, Creative Production and Technology teams to manage all promotional content spaces
- Day to day management of the homepage, product list banners, product list content blocks and top navigation banners, ensuring the right content in the right place at the right time
- Work within multiple CMS systems, including CoreMedia, working closely with the technology teams to ensure smooth running of systems
- Ensure the exact timing of the daily update of content aligns with email newsletter sends and the upload of new product
- Work closely with the Creative Production, Editorial and Design teams to ensure a smooth update of all imagery and copy
- Ensure all content is tagged correctly, enabling the tracking of performance within the Adobe Site Catalyst Website Analytics tool
- Ensure the website is optimised for SEO, managing meta data, working closely with the Performance Marketing team, Technology team and SEO agency
- Oversee the geo-targeting of content, working closely with technology and our targeting tool, Qubit
- Be the business stakeholder within the Website Trading team for the Content Technology teams, requesting enhancements and working closely on new systems and processes
- Assist with the reporting of website content performance
- Facilitate the quick update of promotional content when required to support sales
- Monitor the website daily, facilitating the quick and efficient resolution of any errors
- Maintain records and filing of on-site merchandising activities
- Maintain and develop excellent relationships with other teams within the business and with counterparts across the group
Essential skills & competencies:
- Previous online content production experience, preferably in fashion retail
- Experience with various CMS systems, CoreMedia is a plus, preferably with an additional understanding of 3rd party content targeting and testing tools (e.g. Qubit)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practice and its impact on web page production
- Experience with Excel and Website Analytics tools
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- A keen eye for detail across both quantitative and qualitative data
