Content Project Manager

Salt’s client, a leading multinational retail giant based in Amsterdam, Netherlands are looking for a passionate, delivery-focused and detail orientated Project Manager to join their Global Digital Content Strategy Team for a 6 month contract supporting them in driving and achieving their e-commerce content ambitions.

Our client is going through a significant year of digital transformation and how their operating models work within their digital department.

The stakeholder engagement and communication skills will be of absolute important for this role, as this transition period takes place and the team needs additional support to make the relevant project milestones.

A successful candidate for this role will be able to:

• Map and orchestrate and keep track of dependencies across multiple complementary work streams within the overall context of direct-to-consumer e-commerce store (web & App), including Product Photography & Video, Product Copy, and supporting processes and systems.
• Manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams and three international locations to ensure that project milestones are met and deliverables achieved
• Maintain first class project documentation enabling functional experts to excel at what they do best
• Regular reporting of project status to senior stakeholders, including board and senior leadership members
• Support in designing and documenting new processes

Requirements

• Self-starter with strong process, planning and delivery skills
• Proven record of effectiveness in reducing process errors, improving process results and saving costs
• Ability to navigate large, international, matrix organisations
• Familiar with brand and digital ecommerce processes
• Relevant experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce
• Organisational/Project Management skills to drive business decisions and project deliverables end-to-end
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to effectively and efficiently interact with associates and senior management team.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills
• Experienced in meeting critical deadlines with good planning and organisational skills
