My client is a well known FinTech company who focus on money transfer. They are a future-thinking company whose aim is to simplify and make things fairer for the consumer.

The Role

The role will focus on producing a range of copy to communicate the desired brand tone of voice and will span across a range of touchpoints, including web, emails, and mobile.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Work with marketing, product, HR, recruitment, office managers to make sure all material is in line with the tone of voice guidelines.
• Create social copy based from data and dilute sometimes-complicated product ideas into simple language
• Produce a range of original copy that would span across the whole brand
• Develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the Brand team
• Amend, revise or redevelop copy to evolve with insights and feedback

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication, capable of providing a compelling rationale for ideas and concepts
• Collaborative and comfortable receiving feedback from a range of stakeholders
• Understands different language styles that appeal to various target markets
• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role 5 years +
• Competent in Spanish or French copy writing would be an advantage
