Copywriter

I am currently recruiting for a leading energy and services company, who have undergone a large Digital transformational piece and are looking for a Copywriter to support their new TOV which they will be rolling out across their Website.

This is a 6 month contract, to start ASAP. Flexible working is an option.

Job Responsibilties:

• Help across all aspects of my clients website transformation project & on ad-hoc copy briefs for the brand team.

• Discuss client core messages with internal stakeholders and understand the target audience.

• Produce copy to bring to life the brand tone of voice, translate content into meaningful messaging, modify copy until the stakeholder is happy.

• Collaborate with different areas of the business to create copy that best communicates the brand, from compliance, legal, UX, dev teams, to third party agencies.

• Support product owners, attend daily stand-ups and deliver copy

• Support with regular drop-in clinics where you’ll review creative briefs and provide guidance to sign off work at key stages of the creative development process.

• Brainstorm ideas for ways to further the impact of the brand.

• Creative delivery and thinking that engages customers at every level.

• Working with in house product team

Skills:

• Good understanding of the overall marketing mix (audience, departments, media).

• Good creative judgement able to write in and judge creative work against an established brand identity.

• Copywriting for Website and App

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for quality and consistency.

• Ability to take initiatives and trust own judgement, yet also able to escalate discrepancies and raise issues to brand management.

• Agile working environment

• Experience in a Digital Transformation of website
