I am looking for a seasoned Account Manager to join their successful team and play a key role in the delivery and production of content for their clients’ ecommerce channels.

The Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensure the .com website is populated with fresh content, campaigns and delivers a strong user experience onsite to ultimately drive ecommerce transactions
• Working with the Project Managers to book studios for product photography
• Reporting problems via JIRA to make sure they are fixed promptly
• Work closely with the client to upsell and spot opportunities to develop the account further
• Communicate internally project updates / challenges to ensure that client team are aware of workflows

The Candidate

I would be interested in speaking to candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Experience planning and delivering content led campaigns in an ecommerce setting using a CMS
• A commercial mindset – being able to spot opportunities to enhance content and develop the client account
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• A passionate and proactive attitude
