Digital Content Specialist

Digital Content Specialist – 40,000 – 45,000 – Fully Remote

I’m looking for a fantastic Digital Content Specialist to join and multi-billion pound technology business. This role will be to join digital marketing team and help create clearer information about each of their products and their uses.

I’m looking for a junior to mid weight content expert who can write engaging/simplified SEO content to offer support and care to their customers. As well as this looking into the post sales care of their customers and offer support and guidance to troubleshoot any issues.

Your Role

• Create engaging and effective visual and interactive self-service customer journeys that provide exceptional experiences
• Optimise existing experiences to boost user engagement
• Use your experience to critically review, proofread and edit a range of content
• Coordinate the planning, translation and development of self-service content
  Deploy and promote Service content such as FAQs, How-to guides, “Top Tips” and other digital assets as required
• Coordinate the quality control process for new content and digital tools
  Work with reporting colleagues to track impact of customer experience enhancements
  Create weekly operations reports, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting
• An understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience working both collaboratively and independently across a variety of briefs
• An understanding of UX Design/ Web Design
• Have experience working globally or across a variety of market
• Impeccable copywriting, grammar and punctuation skills
• Can work to a specified tone of voice with brand-led strategic messaging
