My client, a start-up in the travel/tourism sector, is on the hunt for a Digital Project Manager to help them through a peak period and assist with a big CMS/content management piece of work.
Ideally you’ll have excellent project management skill-set, great communication skills, and a good knowledge of CMS/content management.
This project will likely run for 3-6 months and has been deemed OUTSIDE IR35. The project will be largely office based in a cracking co-working office in Central London for a minimum of 3-4 days a week. The budget for this role is paying up to £400 a day.
Key duties:
- Working on the website project plan using Asana and Monday.com
- Understanding the CMS (which is Craft CMS)
- Supporting SEO Content Retainer
- Troubleshooting API feeds between Web and Marketing and Testing teams
- Supporting the developer conversations between internal departments
- Taking overall responsibility for the success of your project roadmap
- Meeting regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, sales, customer service, finance and company heads and reporting back to the leadership team
- Collecting, analysing and responding to user feedback
- Managing one or more budgets
- Gathering and evaluating ideas and opinions internally and using Elite CRM
- Planning new features and changes to a product
- Demonstrating new ideas and features to stakeholders
- Creating timelines and roadmaps for developing the product
- Implementing or supporting marketing campaigns
- Creating and overseeing development and project management processes
- Researching competitors and similar products.
- Training the parks and Central Teams in any new features or ways of working on either system
