EMEA Social Media Manager

Salt have partnered with a software giant within their industry. They are on the hunt for an innovative and results driven Social Media Manager to join their fast growing EMEA marketing team, on a 12 month contract. This is a full time hybrid role based in Central London.

Do you have a real passion for driving awareness and engagement through social channels? You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting the voice and brand of the company online and developing new tactics, channels and campaigns to reach and delight customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the EMEA and global marketing teams to amplify all marketing activity and thought leadership through social channels
• Build a community online through owned social channels locally (organic and paid activity) in the UK, France and Germany
• Manage social agencies, budgets and help to identify new partners to expand the EMEA program when required
• Drive employee enablement programs, ensuring they are able to maximize the value of their social profiles for social selling and to amplify the brand
• Manage all inbound communication through social channels as part of a global team
• Deliver a world-class social media influencer program to help support business objectives
• Own the EMEA blogging program, working with spokespeople and other employees to create, schedule and promote engaging content
• Embed measurement across all social activities to measure impact and optimize programs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant social media experience in B2B tech vendor or agency environments
• Strong creativity and passion for creating engaging, interesting social content
• An understanding of the tenants of inbound marketing especially SEO, social media and PR
• Technical aptitude to manage platforms like Sprinklr and Adobe AEM
• Familiar with digital marketing and communications strategies
• An open, problem solving mindset with a willingness to learn new skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Superb written and verbal skills
• Professional and energetic demeanor and ability to interact effectively with sales, marketing and other internal teams

• Rate: £275 – £325 per day (DOE)
• IR35 TBC
• Start: ASAP/Flexible/EOTM

• Full time: Hybrid working – office based in Central London (flexible on days)
