My client, a leading global brand is looking for a Global B2B Digital Engagement Lead to join the organisation and head up the whole of the content team across Europe and the US.

This company has several brands, departments, and well-established teams which has led to their success. This role sits with the B2B side and is currently the market leader of its kind. I’m looking for someone who has in-depth experience with managing an Engagement strategy who understands transformation and how to improve and add value in change. As well as solid leadership skills to manage the Content ream to their growth and maximum potential.

The Role:

• To understand the markets & business needs, to guide them in the path to digitally and effectively transform end to end Customer Engagement by leading the B2B Digital Content, SEO, Social Media part of the business
• Set out a clear engagement strategy and with the main focus to transform the buyers journey.
• Work and manage a team to plan and improve the Digital Customer Experience across all owned and earned channels.
• Responsible for the Global Digital Website, Content, SEO, Social Media and Deployment teams.

You must have the following:

• Proven experience working in a global business to business organisation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience improving websites, customer journeys, Content and SEO
• Ability to manage a team from overseas and collaborate with external support
• Native English speaker with the ability to write compelling and effective content for all digital platforms.
• Has previously worked for an organisation on a global scale.
• Excellent knowledge of a variety of digital channels and how to maximize them for different marketing activities
• A strong interest in learning and keeping up to date with new technologies, digital platforms, digital marketing trends and best practice
