Global Social Media Manager, FMCG, B2B & B2C
€65K-90K + 15% Bonus
Salt have partnered with a multinational corporation that creates household name brands for the consumer and industrial market. My client requires a Global Social Media Manager that has experience of working in a B2B and B2C capacity across multiple countries. You will be leading on strategy, implementation, and management on a global level.

· Lead and own the global social media strategy, development, and capability for all channels, ensuring alignment with business goals
· Ensure brand consistency across all markets
· Establish social media best practices and brand guidelines based on corporate and brand strategies
· Implement and grow brand presence across multiple platforms, building a community across the globe
· Consistently produce high quality, innovative, and engaging content across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta and You Tube)
· Define target audience through consumer research and insights
· Create a data-driven approach to social media strategy through social listening and analysis tools
· Educated to degree level with a specialism in Business, Marketing, or Communications
· At least 6 years’ experience in B2B & B2C social media and digital marketing
· Ideally come from a large-scale global company
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence on the effectiveness of digital and content marketing
· Leadership skills in order to drive global transformation
· A results driven, and ambitious person by nature
· A background working across different markets and countries
· Fluent in English with additional languages being a plus
