This role is working for a high-growth British beauty company in a huge stage of growth looking for a Head of Social Growth to join the team, building relationships with the social media platforms. The brand has seen considerable organic growth and boasts strong numbers.

The Job

This roles goal is to take the Social to another level, through deep rooted relationships with the key platforms (Facebook / Instagram / Google / Twitter / YouTube). This role will be entrusted with the growth of the Social Media presence. Setting up long term strategy and benchmarking with monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. This has the opportunity to manage and develop a team and develop training schemes.

Person

• This role will be perfect for a seasoned social media professional who is confident is putting together global social strategy across all platform.

• Ensuring that the global strategy is distributed and maximised on a local level.

• Relationships will be key for this person, using outstanding relationships with the platforms to ensure latest trends and technology are utilised.

• Innovative thinker with a strong handle on strategy will be crucial constantly delivering the latest initiatives with maximum impact.

Responsibilities

• To maintain and update the social media strategy according to brand, platform and territory, coordinating with other departments to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the brand’s culture and services

• Ownership of the Social vertical roadmap planning to set quarterly/monthly benchmarks for the team

• Develop training materials & thought leadership to the team to support their learning and growth

• Troubleshoot campaigns, analyse key metrics and optimise campaigns

• Developing and owning goals and performance metrics; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and research skills

• Ideally from a beauty, fashion or lifestyle background

• Knowledge and understanding of technology, search, new trends, and the latest in social media

• Must have deliverables on strategy and where they have delivered exciting growth and opportunities.
