My client, a premium beauty brand, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join their social team. You will be come with a wealth of experience in building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with Influencers with the sole task of building brand awareness.

This is perfect for an Influencer, or PR exec looking for a step into management.

You’ll be joining a British heritage brand with a global presence.

The Role:

· Build a strong network of influencers and content creators that have a high ROI for the business.

· Maintain maximum brand awareness and engagement through content creators

· Work with the Head of Social to create and implement an Influencer strategy.

· Manage up to 15 influencer partnerships a month.

· Execute the influencer strategy and follow campaign calendar monitoring success and areas of growth.

· Use data and expertise to lead and advise on future decision making.

· Create best in class briefing documents that will inspire highly engaging social content, ensuring all activity is in line with brand guidelines.

· Commission influencers directly or via talent agents ensuring partnership is contracted, briefed, and delivered in time and to budget.

· Stay on top of influencer, social, and digital trends so as to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

· Report on key metrics, and analysis of campaigns to wider team and stakeholders.

· Budget management and processing of invoices.

The Person:

· Must be educated to degree level

· At least 4 years experience with PR, and/or Influencer Marketing.

· Creative, with an analytical mindset.

· Proven track record of consistently delivering high results.

· Team player, with excellent personality 

· A love of beauty/skincare/makeup/fashion
