Location: West London

Day Rate: Up to £350 via LTD

Contract length: 3 months initial

Role Purpose

  • Bringing together customer insight, a great commercial understanding and brilliant creative execution.
  • Delivering best in class customer experience that deepens relationships with their customers and ultimately drive revenue growth, customer growth, increase NPS, and reduce churn.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive retention, advocacy, consumer satisfaction through the effective planning, development and delivery of content in online and offline channels
  • Use analytics and insight to understand the customer base and the movements within the base to design outstanding and innovative customer marketing approaches
  • Ensure campaigns meet regulatory requirements (approved by the appropriate stakeholders) and they are delivered on time and in a customer centric way.
  • Manage marketing agencies to produce the best marketing strategy and communications possible.
  • Challenge the status quo and bring new and innovative ways to reach their customers and make them feel loved
  • Champion their customers and their needs to deliver or exceed business objectives

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in planning and delivering successful cross channel retention campaigns
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of planning and delivering content strategy to achieve high engagement and great user experience
  • Have a high level of analytical capability, using data and research to understand customers and categories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong commercial understanding
