My client a global B2B organisation is seeking a Marketing Content Manager to join their well-established business. The business has a huge reputation and today is regarded as one of the leading global customer engagement software providers

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of proven experience in a B2B environment, provide strategic input and support the implementation and management of the company’s marketing strategies. They will be a self-starter with a proven record of achieving both personal and corporate goals for demand generation and new business.

You must have the ability to plan, co-ordinate and oversee campaigns as part of our inbound marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with the CMO and you will manage all aspects of the campaign lifecycle with a key focus on lead generation. This is an exciting role, which will play a key part in the future growth of the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging email, social, SEO and paid media to drive customer acquisition and build a robust pipeline.
  • Create and manage the content marketing plan and editorial calendar
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external suppliers such as designers, animators, copywriters and videographers
  • Write, edit and proof read copy for campaign and marketing assets.
  • Contribute to client advocacy through client interviews, case studies and user stories · Curate the website content, ensuring new content is published in a timely manner, and that all content is well maintained.
  • Analyse campaign data and results to drive improved performance. Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas ·

You must have:

  • A proven track record in B2B marketing
  • Experience in the development and implementation of cross audience marketing campaigns
  • Strong writing and editorial skills including expertise in identifying the key components of the company’s offering and translating these into engaging and compelling copy.
  • Capability to build content calendar, engage with product specialists
  • Channel management and channel performance knowledge coupled with experience of implementing digital campaigns. A fluency in Hubspot (or similar) desirable.
  • Personal qualities – ambitious, positive outlook, high energy, great team worker. A self-starter with the capacity to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
