Marketing Executive

£35,000 – £37,500 + Quarterly Bonuses

London / Cambridge (Hybrid – 1 day a week in the office)

Looking for a Marketing Executive to join of the most active VC firms in London that invest in the best up-and-coming Ai, Tech & SaaS companies!

This role will play a key role in building the brand across a number of key industries. Day-to-day the Marketing Executive will work directly with the Managing Partner to develop and execute the quarterly marketing plan, including managing key channels such as the website, PR and social.

Skills we’re looking for

· 2-3 + years of marketing experience

· A broad marketer who has experience across all marketing channels

· Hands-on, ability to execute and deliver results without a big team in the background

· Brand-building experience

· Proven success in running and growing social channels (LinkedIn mainly)

· Hands-on experience of website management

· Expert in writing – ability to understand tone of voice and taper content to fit the needs of different brands and businesses (ideally Start-ups & VCs)

Key Responsibilities

Website

• Monitor and manage the website
• Create and add relevant content (news, new portfolio companies, new founders, team updates)
• Creation of blogs, newsletters, and articles
• Write copy and circulate to PR firms for pre-release
• SEO project: working in collaboration with agency to help write and review SEO content and integrate new pillar pages on website

Social Media

• Monitor and manage social media channel (LinkedIn)
• Create and publish relevant content (company milestones, announcements, awards…)
• Grow the LinkedIn Audience

Manage the Companies Portfolio

• Build the community
• Creating new decks
• Creating new marketing material
• Tell Start-up founders’ stories
• Maint the Slack channel
• Organise CMO events in collaboration with the events team
