The Opportunity
Based in Staines, this FTSE 100 business is transforming the way they connect and communicate with their customers.

As part of a restructure, the company are now seeking a Senior Content Manager to join the team to play a leading role in positioning this team as the centre of excellence for content internally, reshaping customer communications and delivering a best in class multichannel content strategy.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Communications, the Multichannel Content Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering a personalised and engaging content strategy across digital and traditional channels.

This is an autonomous role and will work closely to position this team as a Centre of Excellence and the go-to for content strategy and content creation globally across the company.

Specifically:

• Lead the planning and delivery of a multichannel content strategy that is personalised and engaging for customers at every touch point.
• Copywriting for multiple channels across a range of campaigns and supporting other business units with content creation to push consistency.
• Ensure all content meets brand tone of voice guidelines, is properly translated and ultimately meets the needs of customers
• Work alongside other stakeholders internally (Customer Operations/Support staff) to educate and mentor on tone of voice and best practice guidelines.
• Manage and motivate agency partners.

The Candidate

• 7+ years proven experience delivering a successful global multichannel content strategy in a FTSE 250 retail / telco / financial services brand.
• Strong copywriting experience and the passion for creating strong, user focused copy.
• Demonstrable experience centralising content and educating best practice with stakeholders based at home and internationally.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a natural ability to gain buy in to your ideas at senior level.
• The ability to effectively prioritise competing deadlines.
