Online Retail Manager – Surrey

My client, a global consumer giant, is on the hunt for an Online Retail Manager to join their team and play a key role managing the relationship with Channel Partners and internal teams to drive online sales of their products.

About the team

Retailer websites account for a significant proportion of my client’s sales while also performing a crucial role in the browsing and research phases of many customer journeys.

This team’s is tasked with driving incremental sales on Retail websites in the UK by working closely with multiple teams within the business as well as their Retail Channel partners.

As a relatively small team still in its infancy this is an exciting time to join a dynamic, fast-paced and growing team driving digital innovation within the business and across their Retail partners.

The key focus areas of this role will be:

• You will support the development, innovation and execution of my client’s online retail strategy across our Operator Channel partners
• You will work directly with our Operator Channels to execute online best practice across both onsite content and offsite campaign execution
• You will collaborate with the Channel Marketing, Brand and Product teams to ensure we work effectively across departments to deliver on agreed important metrics

Your key tasks:

• Become a key digital contact for the Channel Marketing teams supporting the Senior Online Retail Manager’s lead
• Clear articulation of account focus and goals
• Successful project management of digital initiatives across multiple Operator websites
• Establish strong working relationships with both internal and external partners
• Develop and deliver online retail campaigns that drive both in Channel revenue and brand important metrics
• Provide reporting on partner/channel/campaign reporting
• Management of campaign budgets and relevant digital agency relationships

This will be a rolling, long-term contract and is paying up to £330 a day.
