Regional Marketing Manager – £50K-£70K plus Bonus – London

The rich real-time data in bob gives decision-makers valuable insights and helps employees feel more connected to the people they work with – wherever they are in the world.

THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to support the growth of the brand’s customer acquisition through increased audience mindshare and conditional of the UK market towards the company. The role requires an individual with demonstrated success in the power of networking, focus and process-driven strategies to drive lead acquisition, retention and brand recognition across target markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategically identify UK target audiences and creatively develop branded marketing ideas for acquisition and engagement
• Build and cultivate relationships with key partners and influencers in the industry
• Conceptualize and manage events, develop partnerships around events, participate at industry events and conferences
• Establish and manage UK referral plans and influencer relationships
• Produce compelling sales collateral for the Business Development Teams
• Oversee content strategy and implement powerful and engaging content for distribution on the blog and website for lead acquisition
• Build and maintain relations with journalists, analysts and local press
• Manage our UK social network activities
• Be “the face” of brand in the community.

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

• At least 5 years’ strong marketing experience within a B2B technology environment (with desirable exposure to the HR industry)
• Strong experience across PR, Events, Product Marketing – whilst all contributing heavily to the sales pipeline
• Experience high motivated individual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage projects across multiple departments
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compelling communicator
• Proactive and a self-starter
• Strong organizational skills
• PR experience and connections
• Familiarity with social media
