The Role:

Reporting into the Digital Director this role will be pivotal for the wider team, with an opportunity to not only progress your career but also the team around you. The Senior Social Media Account Director will manage the organic social media and take a lead on a number of accounts varied across different industries. This role will be focused on developing both your team, large accounts and bringing in new business. This person will take a strategic position but have to be hands on and implement this strategy also.

The Person:

This role isn’t looking to pigeon whole this person into specific responsibilities, my client is more focused on bringing in the right person who can positively impact from a business point of view and culturally. This person would ideally come from an agency background with proven experience of adding value to the business, being client facing and capable of bringing in new business. This person would ideally be experienced, not only managing a team but also capable of developing the team around them this would usually come from 6-8 years of relevant experience.
