I’m super excited to be working on a brand new senior position with one of the fastest-growing retailers in the UK. They are a huge player in the E-commerce industry and are looking for a leader to manage a small team. This is a huge household brand who are growing exponentially and looking to go international.
The Role:
This position will report to the Director of E-commerce, you will be responsible for optimising all digital content, journeys, and campaigns to continuously enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. You will work collaboratively across brand, design, and product as well as external 3rd parties to determine key priorities, initiating key activities to deliver our digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the Conversion Rate Optimisation agency to build and deploy our optimisation activities including AB Tests, and personalised experiences across various digital platforms and markets
- Collaborate with colleagues, gain a deep understanding of their requirements, and translate these into technical solutions
- Proactively explore areas of opportunity that could help increase the e-commerce performance KPI’s, influence relevant stakeholders to engage with these opportunities through compelling insight and data, including return on investment forecasting
- Work in conjunction with UX and product teams, to both inform and execute test experiences that customers find intuitive
- Support and coach the team in prioritising opportunities by calculating incrementality and building business cases based on data
- Collaborate with the Digital Trading Team to support trading plans for specific campaigns, making and influencing recommendations to drive conversion goals through compelling stories and or insight
- Contribute to the development prioritisation process and help shape the optimisation and personalisation roadmaps to deliver our digital priorities
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute and influence our campaigns in an optimal way across all our digital platforms and markets
Required Experience:
- Held a leadership role within a digital business/proposition
- You’ll have proven experience in working with A/B testing
- Experience in sharing & presenting to senior stakeholders, with clear story telling ability that lands the insight
- An understanding of web design principles and how changing UX affects the customer experience.
- Senior Stakeholder management experience
