The opportunity:

I am representing a global online retailer in the e-cigarette space with the goal of accelerating a smoke free world! They are quickly growing across the world and are in need of someone to take initiative in their massive growth plans! They are building up a team to drive growth in the UK and Europe as they look to help smokers’ transition from tobacco to vaping products.

In this brand-new role, the Senior Content Editor will play an instrumental role in creating an engaging content plan that will drive brand awareness and traffic internationally, and ultimately increase commerce sales.

The role:

Reporting to the MD, the Senior Content Editor will be responsible for:

– Owning the content strategy and calendar for the brand

– Producing exciting copy for marketing campaigns, blogs, email marketing, product descriptions, user guides and educational content

– Re-purposing all copy for social media campaigns – understanding regulations behind doing so

– Optimising copy for SEO

– Understand content performance, and using data to make changes to future strategy

The person:

I am interested in speaking to candidates who can demonstrate:

– Experience planning and delivering content strategy for an ecommerce brand (preferably FMCG)

– Excellent copy-writing skills and the ability to re-purpose content effectively

– Understanding of SEO

– A growth mindset – on both a professional and personal level

– A strong ability to work autonomously and prioritise a busy workload
