The Opportunity
Based in Central London, my client is renowned for their successful suite of loyalty products and travel-based solutions for a range of customers and clients worldwide.
They are seeking a creative Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join their team and play an integral role in developing and optimising engaging content and new functionalities for their successful website, in line with the broader B2B marketing strategy. This would be an ideal role for someone who is looking for visibility and scope but is keen to deliver results within an established business.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing executive will be responsible for:

• The day to day content management of the website, ensuring that compelling content is created, delivered and effectively optimised across the website to increase traffic and engagement.
• Ensuring that all content and landing pages reflects key marketing campaigns, and that all messaging is aligned to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Managing the further development of the website with a focus on personalisation and delivering a strong customer experience onsite.
• Tracking website and onsite performance and using these insights to drive decision making and functionality improvements.
• Leading the business relationship between the brand and the development agency.
• Act as the CMS Champion within the business.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience delivering and optimising digital content, publishing content via an enterprise level CMS and managing an international website – a b2b setting would be preferable.
• Experience working across a portfolio of digital products and services.
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• An aptitude for data – you will be able to understand how to use analysis and insight to drive successful campaigns.
• A proactive attitude – those who do well in this business seek opportunity.
• An exceptional ability to prioritise and manage a busy and demanding workload.
