Senior Content Marketing Manager – 80,000 – 90,000 + Bonus – London

I’m excited to have partnered up with an amazing B2B start-up that is making a huge difference with its growing SaaS business. This organisation uses AI to improve processes and procedures to help build sustainability on large construction projects. They help reduce carbon footprint, and lower emissions and have worked with some of the market-leading businesses in this space.

I’m looking for the first Creative marketer who can lead the storytelling and content production functions, operating as an internal creative director for all things content (written, graphic, slides, video, etc).

This role will work closely with the product marketing and digital marketing functions to breathe life into our campaigns, and reports directly to the VP of Marketing. I’m looking for someone with excellent storytelling and editorial skills to lead our content strategy and relentlessly deliver top-quality content that can help to drive prospect and customer engagement.

This is a hybrid individual contributor role; you’ll need to be able to roll up your sleeves and write articles, tweak graphics and edit video content, but you’ll also have the remit and budget to work with a network of freelancers and agencies to increase output. This role is expected to work collaboratively with marketing and sales leadership to diagnose content needs to support campaigns that are already in place, and then to set the schedule and pace at which that content gets developed. You must have a solid understanding of inbound marketing, demand generation and lead management, as well as expertise in creating engaging content for digital channels.

You must have:

• Exceptional storyteller, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• 5-8 years of experience in some combination of relevant fields, i.e. creative production, content marketing, copywriting & editing
• The understanding of how a start-up organisation runs and previous experience in a similar business
• Portfolio of content (i.e. published writing, web content, videos, slide content etc) and demonstrated excellence in content marketing in B2B tech
• Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
• Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, web, creative, sales enablement, and other functions
• Track record for meeting deadlines and multitasking and prioritising projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
