Salt have partnered with an online car marketplace, that has achieved unicorn status, to find them a Social Media and Content Manager for their growing business. You will be tasked with creating and implementing the social media strategy across all platforms and growing engagement through best in class content.

I need someone who is ready to create and grow the social presence of this highly successful digital first company.

The role:

· Set and execute the social media strategy

· Collaborate with wider marketing team and agencies to create engaging content

· Set best practices and processes to ensure successful social media performance

· Own, and be accountable for entire social presence

· Use social listening tools to analyse performance and use findings to inform future decisions

· Report social performance back to senior members of the team and business

The person:

· Have significant experience as a social media manager, owning strategy and success of company socials

· Solid experience of community management and engagement

· Analytical skills

· Excellent communicator with ability to write short form copy
