Social Media Creative- Leading Agency – Travel Client – London – £35K

The company

This role is an amazing opportunity to work for one of the top agencies in the country, solely focusing on one of their biggest clients which is a travel superbrand.

The role

This role is a a very fast-paced account and needs someone who is 100% socially savvy. They’ll need to be comfortable coming up with disruptive concepts e.g. Facebook Carousels, IG Stories. This will be an immersive role and will not to be passionate and knowledgeable on Travel and social.

Responsibilities

  • Concepting, writing and managing social and digital content for the brand. Formats include everything from scripts, articles and posts, to short film treatments and best practice approach documents in order to sell ideas into clients.
  • Leading and owning the content calendars for the brand on behalf of clients.
  • Developing creative editorial ideas that ensure the brand and KIN are at forefront of social innovation across all platforms.
  • Moderating multiple social platforms for the brand. Ensuring all comments or tweets are responded to and complaints or issues are escalated to the relevant client team
  • Creating social media guidelines for the brand and ensure best practice this includes TOV and Community Management
  • Monitoring trends and developments, interpreting social listening, SEO and business insights. Identifying opportunities for content or conversation
  • Working with Kin data analyst to produce regular social media and content performance reports for the brand
  • Proactively suggesting ideas for reactive based on topical and cultural moments and new social platform features/releases

Person

  • Ideally agency background working with travel clients
  • Confident in developing and executing disruptive ideas for the brand
  • Expert in social best practice across all platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams across account management, planning, creative, production. Ensuring Editorial ideas are clearly communicated and built into overall client plans
  • Ability to develop and manage influencer relationships and secure proactive opportunities with our targeted influencer base
  • Brilliant writer of long and short formats
