The Opportunity
I am representing a fast growth tech business who are building their brand internationally. As one of their first hires for the London office, this role is highly visible and will be responsible for driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition through content and social channels as they roll out their product to new markets globally.

The Role
This is an autonomous role reporting into the Head of Marketing, and will be responsible for:

• Ownership over the Social Media and Content marketing strategy for the brand.
• Content creation for the company blog, social channels, email marketing, website etc – ensuring you adhere to tone of voice and brand guidelines
• Planning and implementing paid social and sponsored campaigns.
• Ensuring all copy is SEO optimised to drive visibility on search engines
• Community Management and ensuring all customers have a great experience interacting with the brand
• Using social tools to analyse campaign results; using insights to drive further decision making.

Who You Are
This is a strategic and hands on role, so the successful candidate will:

• Possess an impressive track record of planning and delivering successful social media strategies for B2C brands.
• Be a skilled copywriter – you know how to craft engaging storytelling copy to capture a customer’s imagination.
• Be obsessed with detail – be that copy editing or spotting trends and interpreting data.
• Be hugely passionate about Social Media on a personal level and be up to date with the latest trends
• Be ambitious and hungry to shape your own career plan – you are keen to find a visible role where you can have impact from day one.
• Confident liaising with stakeholders of all levels, at home and abroad.
