London, Edgware – 3 days a week in office

£50K-£90K

Salt have partnered with a global comms agency, in the Arts and Culture space, to find them a senior team member. I’m looking for a Social Media and Digital Director to lead a team and implement futureproof social strategies for a plethora of clients in the UK, and ME. This is a new role for the company with lots of opportunity to make your mark.

The Role:

· Lead the social team to deliver best in class strategy and content for your clients and the company brand.

· Develop and deliver data driven strategies to your clients that see an increase in engagement, build brand awareness, and drive conversion rates.

· Ensure social media output is best in class and at the forefront of social innovation.

· Create and set KPI’s for the team and clients to measure success.

· Advise and implement paid campaigns for clients using Facebook Business Manager.

· Be seen as an authority on all things social!

· Constantly be working towards growing the companies social and digital offering, and identify new revenue streams.

· Lead of new client pitches and proposals.

· Be open to some travel for client events, and meetings.

The Person:

· Expert in social media within an agency environment.

· At least 8 years’ experience

· A lover of numbers and data.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Highly organised with impeccable project management skills.

· Proven experience of creating and growing an influencer marketing and advocate program.

· A natural leader with a love of managing and developing a team.

· Has worked on multiple brands at once.

· Highly collaborative

· Global experience, especially in the Middle East, a plus.

· If you have Arabic speaking skills, that would be a major bonus.

· Has a personal and/or professional love for arts and culture.
