Join this London based digital agency, whose mission is to go above and beyond in terms of consumer experience. They don’t think laterally, they think upwards, downwards, and all around. I am looking for a Social Media Director to join this innovative agency and help to create unique, forward thinking social content for their biggest clients. In addition, you’ll be managing a team and contributing to winning new business. You’ll be charismatic, creative, inspiring, and a natural born leader.

The Role:

· Take full ownership of the agency’s biggest client account, developing and implementing fresh social strategy.

· Oversee and guide on smaller client accounts, whilst contributing to upselling and winning new client accounts.

· Support Head of Social on mentoring and nurturing social team.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure best in class content is being developed and posted.

· Day-to-day management of all socials for client including content calendar, posting, creation, social listening and reporting.

· Recommend on full funnel paid advertising campaigns.

· Evaluate on performance and demonstrate effective impact on clients business goals.

· Constant interaction with clients giving them updates and recommendations on social output.

· Constantly be generating fresh and innovative ideas for new social posts.

· Be seen as an authority on all things social

· Day-to-day management of social team members ensuring they are performing to the best of their ability.

· Be accountable for team culture and performance.

· Create an inspiring and motivating environment.

The Person:

· Solid experience in social media management working for an Agency

· Passionate about social media and the digital industry.

· Team management and development

· Proven ability to manage clients effectively, especially crisis management.

· Organic and Paid skillset
