Salt have partnered with a cosmetic business that specialises in cruelty free and vegan products. This award winning, premium skincare brand is looking for a Social Media Executive to join the team. You’ll be energetic, highly organised and obsessed with all things social. With TikTok being a major growth area, this role will see you using your creative skills to make video and still life content. Experience of the cosmetics/make-up/beauty industry a plus, but not completely necessary.

The Role:

• Be fully accountable for all output on social channels including TikTok and Instagram.
• Collaborate with creative team to produce innovative and engaging content for still life and video.
• Support on community management and constantly be striving to create conversational buzz.
• Use social tools to track performance and ensure KPI’s are met, if not over exceeded.
• Become a champion of the brand and build an in depth knowledge of who the customer is and what the want to see.
• Support wider team on events, product launches, influencer activity and PR requests.

The Person:

• At least 2 years experience managing social media accounts
• Professional experience in TikTok and Instagram
• A passion for the beauty and/or wellness industry
• Highly organised, and keen to complete tasks to the best of your ability
• Naturally proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Experience with social planning tools
