Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the Social Media strategy
• Work closely with the wider team to develop brand and social media style – provide training to others
• Produce content for the social media channels and analyse activity and engagement
• Work with the designers, videographers and paid media specialist to create the best social media content
• Monitor social media channels
• Deliver marketing briefs and manage calendar of brand and story telling posts
• Support the brand and marketing goals
• Monitor comments and replies on Social Media (and respond)

Experience:

• Managed social media strategy
• strong copywriter
• Experience managing multiple tones of voice across social networks
• Experience creating and managing a social media publishing plan and content calendar
• Strong knowledge of social media tools
• Driven
• Ideally you will have experience in a charity or withing the education sector
• Hootsuite experience is a plus
