The Company

This role is working for an exciting FinTech with a huge vision and sound financial backing. They have created a niche mobile product that enables SME’s to better manage their business finances and are looking to build an exceptional marketing team to drive brand awareness and app adoption. This is a great opportunity to join a business at the start of their journey and deliver a compelling social media strategy that will drive user engagement with their Mobile App.

The Role

The Social Media manager will:

• Work with the Head of Brand and Content to plan the Social Media strategy with a focus on driving brand coverage across Social channels, App downloads and usage, as well as engagement.
• Work with the Social Media Assistant to deliver the Social Media strategy across social channels.
• Write content for social media, and work alongside a Designer and Videographer to create strong visual assets.
• Use Analytics to draw key insights from social media campaigns and understand what works and what doesn’t to shape future strategy.
• Manage and mentor a small team.

Relevant Social media experience translating in to the following relevant skills:

• Proven experience planning and delivering Social Media campaigns.
• Comfortable working in an agile and fast paced environment.
• Strong understand of Regulatory industries and how that might affect marketing.
• Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills
• Experience of dealing with multiple projects at the same time
• Ideally experience of Managing people
• Passionate about emerging trends, new content and platform opportunities
