Social Media Manager 6 Month FTC

I am currently working with a Fin-tech start up App, with huge opportunity to create, implement and maintain the social media presence for a growing brand and audience. This role is to work on site and to start immediately.

My client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing team, to hit the ground running with the implementation of strategy and support their new App launch into the market.

The Role:

The role will be responsible for the support and development of the social media activity but also the wider strategy. Working closely with the in-house marketing team on the development of Social Media strategy, as well as the ongoing implementation and day to day running of the accounts.

In this role it is key to have confidence and exceptional communication skills because this role will be the go to social media person within the business, advising the rest of the business on how best to use social media.

Skills Needed:

• Knowledgeable on the full range of social tools

• Ideally educated to degree level

• Significant experience of implementing and running social media channels

• Experience of devising social media strategy across large complex organisations focusing on audience and development

• Experience of product or app launches

• Can develop, run and manage a social calendar

• Exceptional written communication and copy-writing skills

• Experience of dealing with multiple projects at the same time

• Strong personal and communication skills, with both internal and external stakeholders

This role is very likely to become permanent after the initial contract.
