I am working with an ecom business that specialises in natural, organic, and vegan beauty products. My client is growing out their marketing team and becoming a more social first brand. In order to do this this they are looking for a highly creative and hands on Social Media Manager who will be able to manage the end-to-end social media output and even get in front of the camera, at times. You’ll be working across Insta and TikTok predominantly.

The Role:

· Define the social media strategy for all platforms, setting the KPI’s for long- and short-term goals.

· Collaborate with wider team to create compelling and best in class content in both still life, and video format.

· Analyse performance using social listening and analytics tools.

· Report on insights to wider team and senior management and make any recommendations to improve engagement, look, and feel.

Take full ownership of Instagram and TikTok, with aims of growing followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

The Person:

· You will live and breathe social, as well as have an instinctive love for fashion, beauty, wellness, health and lifestyle

· At least 3 years’ experience managing social media for a digital first company

· Proven ability to analyse and report on campaign performance

· Impeccable organization

· Highly creative, and collaborative

· Have a willingness to always learn and develop whilst pushing the boundaries of your work

· Have drive and passion for what you do

· Excellent written and communication skills
