Join an award-winning Digital Marketing agency that has been awarded B-Corp status. You’ll be leading on both B2B and B2C client accounts, and have expert knowledge of organic and paid social media best practices. My client is based in Norwich, however you have the option to work totally remotely if you don’t live in the area. A brilliant opportunity to join a highly creative team with a varied roster of industry accounts.

The Role:

· Produce over-achieving strategies for organic and paid social media client accounts

· Work closely with clients to fully understand their needs and expectations.

· Lead on all social campaign execution, management and monitor progress

· Audit existing accounts and make suggestions for improvement

· Create content calendars for both organic and paid campaigns

· Source, manage, and brief relevant influencers

· Actively work to grow client accounts, and engagement

· Monitor and report on campaign activity, as well as following any competitors

· Manage monthly budgets

· Keep clients informed with regular meetings, either face to face, or virtually

· Assist with new business development and pitches

The Person:

· At least 3 years agency experience with B2B and B2C clients

· Experience managing multiple accounts on both organic and paid

· Working knowledge of analytics software like Google Analytics and Brandwatch

· Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously

· Excellent presentation and communication skills

· Proven ability to grow social accounts.

· Experience creating, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
