Social Media Manager – Tech

£35K – £55K + share options

London/Remote – must be willing to come to London regularly

Salt have partnered with a tech start-up that was recently featured on Dragon’s Den. They succeeded in securing funding from two dragons and are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for building my client’s presence across all social media channels from Twitter to TikTok.

The Role:

· Own the social media calendar and strategy across all channels including Facebook, Twitter, Insta, YouTube, and potentially TikTok.

· Manage day-to-day social activities including scheduling, posting, and community management.

· Define a strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Use social listening tools to track performance of posts and report back to STL.

· Create buzz around the brand through sparking conversation with online community.

· Follow brand guidelines for look and TOV of all content.

The Person:

· At least three years of experience in a Social Media Manager role for a brand

· Proven ability to grow engagement across multiple channels

· End-to-end experience of social media management

· Impeccable writing and grammar skills

· A natural born storyteller and communicator

· Ability to use social listening and analytical tools

· Experience with a start-up in the tech industry a bonus
