My client, a leading integrated digital agency in London, requires a Social Media Strategist to work with their amazing portfolio clients on an interim basis for approximately 2 months.
Role: Social Media Strategist
Duration: 2 months (approx.)
Start Date: ASAP
Day rate: 180-220 a day
Experience: Minimum 2 years in social media and strategy development
Key Duties
* Write and develop social strategies and oversee content planning, community management implementation and platform optimisation for clients’ social feeds (campaign and always-on)
* Oversee high-budget paid media activations across a wide range of social media platforms, in order to meet an array of objectives based on client needs
* Use your understanding of various target audiences to ensure social content is always engaging and impactful
* Lead on pitch work for new campaigns and clients with social media requirements
* Demonstrate a good understanding of each client’s business, performance, products, sector and competitors in order to play a role in securing new business
* Ensure that the agency’s social capabilities are both progressive and effective, in line with market trends
* Work confidently and collaboratively with clients to identify common social media challenges, then determine and achieve their social media goals
* Work closely with the agency’s creative department to deliver inspiring and effective briefs and develop realistic timing plans
* Support and develop the Junior Community Manager, ensuring that the highest standard of work is delivered for our clients
