Web Content Executive

I’m looking to build a new Web Content Team! In Luxury Travel

Web Content Executive – 35,000 – 40,000

I’m seeking a Web Content Executive to join a global luxury travel organisation. This talented individual would come onboard to understand the aims and objectives of various departments whether it be Marketing, Product, IT or Sales. You will live and breathe the guest experience also. This role reports into the Web Content Manager who I’m also recruiting for!

Being data driven, you will also be focused on the impact both website IT development changes and audience-based content are having on the business, and you will be measured on key KPIs around the site performance.

Role responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely update of the website on a weekly basis in line with the Marketing calendars for the global websites
• Walking the floor – ensuring you know what pages on the website need an update or overhaul and ensuring this work is fed into relevant teams for updating
• Undertake basic website reporting on a weekly basis to explain what is and is not working around the content onsite
• When requested suggest page edits or improvements to ensure content is relevant and fits into the Marketing calendar
• Work on special projects as needed – examples being new product launches, SEO improvements or overhauling sections of the website
• Coordinate with the Product Management and Engineering teams on new feature suggestions and improvements

Requirements

• You will have some experience of the position either at an agency or in-house
• You will have relevant CMS experience, being comfortable using a CMS – ideally Sitecore not crucial
• Be a good communicator – able to communicate your views to others
• Ensure you meet deadlines and are organised
