My client is a leading video B2B SaaS video management platform based in London, Cambridge, and the US.

The company is backed by robust funding and has been growing very fast over the past year, with a view to double in size in the next few months.

With a prestigious portfolio of clients across several sectors: Sport, Media and Enterprise. They have clients in several key markets and are also fast expanding their presence in the US.

Job Responsibilities

The Campaign Manager (US focussed – based in London) is accountable for initiating, planning and executing smart, effective and engaging campaigns tailored to the US market that generate quality leads for our US New Business team. Those campaigns will be integrated, multi-channel, and span across a large selection of audiences and industries.

The Campaign Manager is a pivotal role; they will be working closely with other teams across the business, including Content, US Sales team and Product. They will manage several key campaigns simultaneously and provide a constant flow of qualified leads to the sales funnels – ultimately contributing to acquiring new clients for the brand on the US market.

Reporting into the Head of Growth, and being part of a growing Marketing team, this role will suit a result-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and initiatives, willing to progress their career in a fast-growing B2B Tech company, and to focus specifically on the US market.

A US marketing background will be essential, whether your past experience led you to work in the US at some point, whether you are originally from the US, or whether you have been developing your skills in US organisations with a strong focus on the US market.

Your responsibilities will include the following areas (but not limited to):

  • Devise B2B integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across a variety of industries in the US market, with a view to generate a strong prospect database, nurture it, convert it, and feed robust qualified leads to the US New Business sales team.
  • Be responsible for the creation of robust, detailed campaign plans, and their execution (internally and/or with the support of external agencies), working closely with internal teams. They will be accountable for achieving targets and meeting deadlines
  • Roll out existing campaigns to the US market and tailor them accordingly, as well as put together brand-new campaigns specifically for the US market.
  • Be accountable for managing their campaign budget, reporting on KPIs, dashboards, and delivering ROI
  • Set up the relevant tracking mechanisms to ensure the various activities can be measured accurately and the results are attributed to the right sources.
  • Responsible for analysing their campaign’s performance, make data-driven decisions and recommendations for future strategies.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • 6-8 years of broad marketing experience with a focus on demand generation campaigns, inbound/outbound marketing, across multiple channels (email, blog, PPC, paid social, content, etc…) and markets
  • Experience in a B2B environment is a must, in the Tech sector is a plus
  • US marketing background is essential (past experience in the US, or similar role in another company, or originally from the US, or having worked in US organisations with a strong focus on the US market – a strong knowledge of the US market and marketing culture is necessary to be successful in this role).
  • Brilliant project management skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Experience with automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, etc…) and CRM workflows
  • Experience building and optimising Paid Social campaigns
  • Experience managing agencies.
