Assistant CRM Manager

£35,000 – £44,000 + bonus

A global fashion brand in Central London are looking for an Assistant CRM Manager to join their growing Digital & CRM function.

You will be part of a fantastic team, in a truly global fashion giant. You will be responsible for executing engaging comms across, email, CRM, SMS & Push across UK and European markets.

You will also manage 1 CRM Executive, with the chance to grow the team.

Assistant CRM Manager Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Head of CRM you will implement engaging, creative and customer centric email campaigns
• Execute campaigns across a number of channels
• Ensure that all campaigns are fit for purpose and tested before execution
• Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focused objectives
• Manage 1 CRM Executive

Assistant CRM Manager Requirements

• Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
• Knowledge in CRM, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
• Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
• Experience executing campaigns across a number of channels
• Ideally working in – fashion, cosmetics, luxury/ retail.
