Fantastic opportunity for a B2B Marketing Manager to join a VC Firm that invests in the most exciting Metaverse, Blockchain & Web3 Start-ups!

We’re looking for a HubSpot expert who can run customer Acquisition campaigns and help put the brand in front of Start-up founders in this exciting, rapidly growing industry!

This company has helped launch 130+ startups through Funding & The company ‘Accelerator program’

They offer Remote working / Hybrid working, Equity, Bonuses & The opportunity to invest in the companies Portfolio of Start-ups + a Salary of circa £60,000

What we’re looking for

  • You have 4+ years in an Inbound / B2B Lead Gen role role
  • You are a HubSpot expert! And ideally certified in (administration, implementation, process improvement, and automation)
  • Start-up experience (We’re a fast-paced environment. You will be juggling multiple objectives at once)
  • You know how to leverage technology to improve business processes

What you’ll be doing

  • Evaluate our current marketing requirements & our current tech stack
  • Work with the wider marketing team to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • You will lead the system discovery process, design the ideal HubSpot-centered systems
  • Create tracking campaigns that support the measurement of demand gen efforts
  • Create and maintain marketing and business development platforms, including but not limited to (customer relationship management and market intelligence platforms)
  • Streamline data flow and enabling sales with lead intelligence team members can use to have more effective conversations with prospects
  • Establish closed-loop analytics between marketing and sales
  • Own the HubSpot configuration including data capture & collection, automation engineering,
  • database segmentation, CRM configuration, campaign setup, technical integrations, product
  • updates, attribution & reporting, and user adoption activities
  • Implement lead scoring best practices to help achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Generate basic email marketing templates and set up email marketing campaign automation
