CRM Campaign Manager – Omni-channel
£45,000 – £55,000
A leading, global retail brand, are looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Manager to join their Digital function in Berkshire.
This is a brand new role in the company that help design, develop and deliver new end-to-end digital customer journeys across multiple channels.
The company is going through a transformational stage and currently investing in their CRM and so this role will play a huge part in this growth.
· Plan, develop and execute world-class customer communications across email, sms & push notifications that will enhance customer journey experience
· Continuously map out the customer journey routes, identify gaps and make improvements
· Optimise omni-channel engagement decisions & personalisation
· Execute omni-channel communications that will meet commercial objectives of the business
· Ensure that the campaigns delivered are compliant and QA is at the highest level
· Implement test & learn strategy and use data-driven approach to omni-channel CRM
· Work cross-functionally, engage and influence change
· 4+ years’ experience in CRM Marketing
· Strong experience in delivering omni-channel campaigns
· Have used multiple CRM/ESP tools (Salesforce is a bonus)
· Strong AB testing approach knowledge and data insights reporting
· Commercially driven
· Ability to work cross-functionally
