CRM Consultant

As part of a Statement of Work project won by Salt, we are supporting our hyper-growth retail client in their search for a talented CRM Manager to join their growing digital and retail function. You will be joining the business at a great stage of growth as they look to further expand on their Digital Transformation goals for the business.

In this immediate starting, OUTSIDE IR35 operating role you will support on the following…

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Review current email marketing and digital CRM activity, capabilities and operating model
• Provide recommendations and implement improvements
• Define and deliver email driven customer contact programmes and activity to drive revenue and customer growth
• Support digital channel shift, support customer lifecycle and product/promotional led activity which will include customer targeting, data selections, creative and messaging, email design and build, through to measurement and analysis
• Identify segments of customers through analysis and data around which to build new email campaigns and contact programmes
• Identify new opportunities to create trigger-based email marketing activity
• Identify and implement solutions to grow the email marketable database

Key Skills:

• Experience of developing and executing email marketing campaigns
• Passion for Marketing and CRM
• Prior experience using Dotmailer/Dotdigital or similar
• Clear and concise communication skills
