£45,000 – £55,000

One of the UKs fastest growing scale ups are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growth team in London (although you will only need to be in the office 2x per month!).

The company was founded 6 years ago and has raised over £60million in funding and are currently at 160 staff. The next 18 months will be incredibly exciting as they look to build out their B2C CRM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of all Email Marketing and CRM campaigns – including reporting
• Manage the end-to-end process for ad-hoc customer communication across all channels (email, push, in-app messages) from brief to execution.
• Work with broader marketing and growth team to ensure CRM campaigns are at the highest level
• Work closely with the data team to ensure the data is fit for purposes
• Communicate with senior stakeholders in the business and keep them updated on CRM progress
• Support the Head of Marketing with the strategy across markets

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies – ideally across different markets

· Experience executing Email Marketing campaigns

· Comfortable working in a data driven environment
