A price comparison business in London are looking for a CRM Executive to join their team. They are based in London, but will only work in the office 1 day per week post Covid.

The business was founded 12 years ago and already have 250+ staff.

You will work closely with the CRM Manager to execute campaigns across their customer base. You will work across Email, SMS & App.

This is an Executive role, so they will consider a digital marketing/ marketing executive who has some experience of Email Marketing/ CRM.

Responsibilities

· Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS and Push Notifications)

· Work with internal creative teams to scope, plan and manage the execution and creative design of campaigns

· Develop and implement robust test and learn approaches to inform the development of the long-term CRM strategy

· Using consumer data to personalise communications and drive change

· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Digital Marketing/ Marketing experience

· Experience executing Email Marketing campaigns

· Passion for Marketing and CRM
