I am looking for an enthusiastic CRM Marketing Executive for a fashion retailer. With 30 stores across the UK and expansion into the European Market this business is seeing increased growth and doesn’t plan on stopping. You would be reporting to the CRM Manager and working alongside the email channel, creating campaigns and optimising lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities –

· Work with stakeholders to gather relevant marketing assets and product inclusion lists, ensuring campaigns are sent on time

· Amend text graphics in photoshop to adapt to global email campaigns

· Working with the eCommerce and media team to ensure campaigns run smoothly

· Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to support the brand

· Carry out email testing to ensure campaigns are accurate and error-free

· Reporting weekly and monthly on email activity and channel KPI’s

· Awareness of email marketing trends

· Identify ways to enhance campaign performance

Requirements –

· 1 years experience in a CRM or email marketing role

· Experience using CRM software – Braze or Salesforce

· HTML and Photoshop experience a bonus
