My client is a global beauty brand looking for a new addition to their CRM team. You will have a fantastic opportunity to grow, develop and implement strategies across their customer base. You will be working with a team of marketers, developing multi-channel campaigns, and analysing the data captured from the campaigns. Their office is located in central London. If you are passionate about beauty this is the job for you!

Responsibilities –

· Supporting with Lead generation across the media team

· Comparing data to weekly/ monthly targets and creating reports

· Owning multi-channel campaigns – new launch, lifecycle, and trigger emails

· Building and fulfilling the direct mail campaign

· Monitor and report on key CRM KPI’s

· Report on the email channel across Braze and Google Analytics

· Identify key trends to adapt business strategy

· Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams

Experience –

· 2 years CRM marketing experience

· Experience working with KPI’s

· Experience with Braze and advantage but not essential

· HTML experience desired
