CRM Executive

Salt have partnered with a fantastic luxury travel operator, who are seeking a highly motivated CRM Executive to join their team, for 3 Months. Based out their London office, you will help take their guest retention strategy to the next level. Reporting to the Senior CRM Executive you will be planning, implementing and then reporting on email campaigns.

You will have a proven track record of delivering excellent email campaigns, have enthusiasm, drive and are able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Role responsibilities:

• Successfully planning, executing, and analysing high-quality targeted email marketing campaigns
• Produce a test and learn approach around email delivery – time of day, day of week, subject lines, copy length
• Generate new innovative ideas on email design
• Be comfortable working both within a team but also being self-sufficient when needed

Essential skills:

• Good knowledge of CRM metrics and analytics
• Experience with email service providers (preferably Dotdigital)
• Experience with customers journeys
• Experience with A/B testing
• Quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, able to share your ideas and findings clearly
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively
• Experience with automated email campaigns
• Strong reporting and analysis skills
• Being able to work to tight deadlines

Desirable skills:

• Experience working in the travel industry
• Copywriting skills
• Photoshop experience

Rate: 30-35k Pro Rata
