CRM Hubspot Manager – £40,00

A global fintech business in London are looking for a Hubspot specialist to join their growing Marketing function. The business was founded 4 years ago and are already up to 150 people based in London! You would have seen them in the press with the amount of funding they have raised!

The Hubspot Manager will be the go to on all things Hubspot, from forecasting and reporting, system training, sales workflows and looking after the data quality. You will report into the Head of Marketing, but will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Responsibilities

· Maintain the quality of the Hubspot database

· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise the way they use Hubspot to generate insights that drive decision-making

· Set up dashboards and monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaigns and KPIs using HubSpot analytics and other data sources

· Train new users on the use of HubSpot – Sales Hub and Marketing Hub

· Ensuring compliance with GDPR

· Suggesting improvements within Hubspot that increase productivity and conversion

· Helping keep Marketing and Sales activities connected

· Setting up automation and workflows as required

Experience

· Experience working with Hubspot ideally for 2+ years

· Experience maintaining and optimising a CRM database and processes

· You’re comfortable working with and supporting multiple teams, you have a positive, can-do attitude and can hit the ground running.

· Analytical mindset

· Ideally educated to degree level
